We are open throughout the year (dependent on suitable sea conditions), except for January and the first week of February. Our usual open hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, seven days a week April to October, with reduced opening hours in the winter with demand.
We take from ages 2 and up (babies are not permitted). Please be advised that our boats travel at speed and can be very bouncy which some young children enjoy but others are not so keen on. Individual children’s suitability is at your discretion.
We carry up to 12 passengers per boat. Each row sits 3 passengers so we may need to split groups across rows to accommodate everyone when the boat is full.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the boat and harbour access, we are unable to cater for those who are wheelchair bound and/or unable to make it down the stairs on the harbourside.
